Yes of course you can. But will you do it without the accountability, tools and one-to-one sessions? I’ve been helping women navigate their careers for 15+ years. I really care about helping you get where you want to be.

You can spread the sessions out as far as you want. I’d recommend somewhere between 4 and 6 weeks to build momentum, but it’s totally up to you. I know better than anyone that sometimes life happens.

No worries. Just try to let me know the day before if you can and we’ll re-schedule at a time that suits you.

You’ll get a welcome pack sent to you straight away with a link to book in your introduction session.

In addition to attending your one-to-one sessions, you’ll want to set aside some time to reflect and make use of the tools in between which is up to you. I’d recommend 1 or 2 hours between sessions. Time invested in yourself is never wasted

This programme will be designed specifically for you after our introduction session. This isn’t a one size fits all.
